Villa Romeo is the front villa of Prasonisi Villas' Complex. It's a two-floor villa of 90 sq.m. living space and 150 sq.m. private terrace. It's a new stylish villa which offers 27 sq.m. private swimming pool, BBQ, countryside view and privacy. Our villa Romeo has two queen bedrooms and one triple with bunk beds. Totally, it can accommodate up to 7 people plus one baby (in a baby cot). It's decorated with natural stone and wood, which offer a warm atmosphere for relaxing. All the bedrooms have top quality mattresses and pillows. The kitchen is fully equipped, and it also has dish washer. The villa has two bathrooms with shower. The luxurious private swimming pool has light blue mosaic, overflow with white marbles and marble stairs as well. Next to the pool there's a barbecue with charcoals, and shower.

Villa Juliette is the biggest villa of Prasonisi Villas' Complex. It's a ground floor villa of 90 sq.m. living space and 200 sq.m. private terrace. Villa Juliette offers the largest terrace, infinity view to the countryside, large private BBQ, 27 sq.m. luxurious swimming pool with marble overflow, en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom, a private playground and absolute privacy. Villa Juliette is also eqquiped with two wooden pergolas, offering great shadow both for dinning outside and for BBQ-ing. Villa Juliette can accommodate up to 6 people and one baby. It has two queen bedrooms and one double bedroom, with top quality mattresses and pillows. The Master Bedroom has en-suite bathroom with shower. The living room is decorated with natural stone, offering a warm atmosphere for relaxing. It has also a big fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher. The villa -except the view to the pool and to the countryside- has also big windows with a great view to the private garden, giving you the sense that you're part of the nature. Finally, the villa offers a private playground, available from April 2020, certified by TUV Hellas ΕΝ1176-1.

Villa Stamos does not belong to Prasonisi Villas' Complex. It's a detached cooperative villa, owned by us, and it's located in the farming area of Plimmiri, just 350 m. from the beach. Plimmiri is located only 9 kilometres from Kattavia village, and 18,9 Kilometres from Prasonisi Beach. Villa Stamos is a lovely villa with a large private swimming pool (40 sq.m.), private BBQ and amazing sea view to the Aegean Sea. It has one double bedroom and one family bedroom which can accommodate up to 5 people. Villa Stamos can accommodate up to 6 people (plus one baby in a baby cot). Our villa has the added advantage of the traditional greek-style 'sofas': This is an elevated quadruple bed which is ideal to accommodate a whole family, especially those with small children that is needed to sleep with their parents! But it can also be used for sleeping a group or a whole family of 4. There is an useful external bathroom with shower, next to the swimming pool, whish is used as a desand WC. The surrounding area has an incomparable beauty, where you can enjoy strolling the rural streets. Villa Panormitis, our newest villa built in 2018, features a big private swimming pool of 40 sq.m. and a great view to the countryside. Having three modern and luxurious bedrooms with three ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers, it offers to its guests absolute privacy! Villa Panormitis has two connected buildings, with a totally living area of 60 sq.m. and 200 sq.m. terrace: the main building (45 sq.m.) has one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with two single beds and ensuite bathroom and a single space with living room and fully equipped kitchen. Next to the main building there's a seperate external bedroom (15 sq.m.) with its own ensuite bathroom with shower. This is a great facility which allows to the members of a family or to a group of friends to have their own privacy! The interior of the villa is decorated in a simple and luxurious way, while the beds have top quality mattresses and pillows. The swimming pool... is the diamond of the villa! Featuring a perimetric overflow, it has a great view to the garden, to the countryside and to the private church of Archangel Michael (Panormitis). It's depth varies from 1,50 m to 1,75 m., enough both for dives and swimming. The terrace has also sunbeds, table/chairs and pergola. Finally, next to the separate external bedroom there's a covered area which has a hot tub (optional use with extra charge) and wardrobe. This facility allow to its guests to store their suitcases while living there, freeing up valuable space in their bedrooms, while protecting them from the elements (wind, rain). The name of the villa comes from the local name of Archangel Michael, "Panormitis"; there's a monastery of Panormitis is Simi island, which you could visit in a day-trip.
